Where we started
Leadspire started with the idea of simplifying sales lead management while giving teams motivational tools to stay engaged and productive. With no pre-existing design system or prototype, Leadspire required a full-cycle solution—from branding and interface design to cross-platform development and launch.
Problem Statement
Sales teams often juggle multiple tools to manage leads, track performance, and stay motivated—leading to inefficiencies and lost opportunities. There was no single mobile-first solution combining all three in one seamless experience.

By building a unified platform optimized for mobile, we had the chance to create an app that organizes leads, streamlines follow-ups, and inspires users to stay focused on their sales goals—delivering measurable results for teams and individuals alike.

Crafting Leadspire’s brand identity, logo, and visual system for a modern sales-focused look.
Designing wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI screens in Figma.
Developing a robust cross-platform app for iOS and Android with real-time lead tracking and pipeline management.
Testing thoroughly, refining user experience, and deploying to App Store and Google Play.
